Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine, sterile, single use needles into specific acupuncture points to clear energy blockages and encourage the normal flow of energy, or Qi, through the body.  Acupuncture dates back over 2,000 years.

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant materials called "moxa" is burned on or very near the surface of the skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body and dispel certain pathogenic influences.

Tui Na is a form of Chinese massage using the theory of TCM. Sometimes called Acupuncture without needles. Using both acupuncture points and tender (Ashi) points, it aims to restore movement, harmony and flow of Qi in the body

Cupping is generally thought of as just a TCM technique. However it's been seen in  Egyptian hieroglyphics and medical texts written in 1550 B.C. Today it is still used in both sports and non sports medicine practices for myofascial release.
